Our Visionary Founder and Leader
Meet the driving force behind VSP LEGALS ADVOCATES & SOLICITORS. Our visionary founder, Mr. Shailesh N Pathak, a legal luminary with over 33 years of practice in the legal domain. His illustrious career includes 20 years of profound service to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on under-investigation matters, where he played a pivotal role right from the lodging of FIRs to the culmination of investigations and further conducting trial of cases . Mr. Pathak’s expertise extends to representing the CBI as a Prosecutor and Senior Public Prosecutor in various courts across the country. He has been instrumental in several high-profile cases, making a significant impact in the legal sphere.
Mr. Pathak’s practice primarily focuses on matters involving conventional crimes, Anti-Corruption Cases, cases of Bank Securities & Fraud Cell, Economic offences, Serious Frauds cases, PMLA, Benami Transactions cases, Arbitration, Land Acquisition Act cases, RERA, DRT & DRAT, NCLT & NCLAT inter-alia.
